Proposed alternations of the civil regulations un irder to allow a military officer in Civil employ who was earned forlough partly inder the Military reles and partly under the Civil rules, the option of taking under the Civil rules when he destres it, the leave which he has earned under those rules and of deffering of foregoing to leave he has earned under the Military rules.
