Decision that Scindhia two thirds share of Pargana Kishorae Patun should be retained in sovereignty by the British Govt. under the Treaty of 1860 and that if an equivalent in land be necessary to fulfil our engagement with the Maharaja in connection with the territorial exchange with H.H. it must be given from elsewhere.
