In reply to his Sect. No. 3631, dated 18the August last, informs that the re-distribution of districts, as therein proposed, will not be objected to by Govt. but it thinks it advisable to defer carrying the measure into effect until preliminary arrangements can be meade, so that the change may be effected by the next cold season.
