Forwards, for information, copy of Dr. McClelands review of Report on the working of the Nimar Dispensaries during the half year ending 31st Dec. 1862, submitted with his No. 8, dated 30th March last, and states that Officers recommendations and Dr. Hunters exertions in superintending these Dispensaries are approved.
