Orders that the same percentage of shorter lemgth of rails may be supplied by Messrs Tat iron & Steel Ci to all rais on behalf of whch orders for rails are placed by the raily board as are usually supplied to state railway Rys incase of rails 36' in length percentage are 4% in 36 length & 2% in 30 length
