With reference to despatch, No. 4, dated 8th January last, forwards copy of a correspondence with the Officiating Superintendent of Political Pensions regarding the grant of permission to Sahibzadah Mahomed Wala Gohur Shah, one of the great-grandsons of the late Tippoo Sultan, to take up his residence permanently at Ballygunge.
