Sanction to the recognition subject to certain conditions of the right of the Baroda Darbar to purchase outright or give an annual cash payment for the lands of girassias who resided in the Rewa Kantha at the time of the settlement of 1825 and who were given British Guarantee with respect to their lands in the Baroda State.
