Permission granted conditionally to the Travencore and Cochin Darbars to place their Letter Boxes at the Stations on the Tinnevelly-Quilon and Shoran -Cochin Railways which lie in their respective territories and to utilise those railways for carring the mail bags of their Anchal Post.
