In reply to No. 2174, dated 9th instate, sanction the extension of Act XVIII. of 1864 to the city of nagpore and its suburbs, including the station of Seetabuldee and Taklee, and for reason stated in paragraph 7 if his letter, authorizes him to declare Sections 13 and 14 of the Act as of no effect in the above-named place.
