In reply to letter No. 192, dated 17th June last, respecting the attempted enlistment of Nipalese coolies by Bhootanese Envoys, against which the Penlows of Paro and Tongso has remonsrated, reiterates apporval of the course of policy adopted in steadfastly holding aloof from all the complication fo bhootanese politics.
