(1) Refusal of the Secretary of State for India to grant Major-General Sir Stuart Beatson, K.C.S.I., C.B., a personal allowance of Rs.1,500 a moth in connection with the proposed extension of his services as Inspector-General of Imperial Service Troops, and refusal of Major-General Beatson to accept an extension on any other terms. (2) Appointment of Colonel F.H.R. Drummond, C.I.E.,India Army, as Inspector-General of Imperial Service Troops. (3) Application of the ordinary rules relating to the tenure of Staff appointments in the India Army to the Inspector-Generalship of Imperial Service Troops.
