1. Complaint of the A.G.G.Madras States, that two persons who are granted visas for Iraq by him ground that the visas granted were invalid, and that the holders were compelled to obtain fresh visas from the Consul-General for Iraq. 2. Decision that visas for Iraq should not be granted by any passport issuing authority in India to persons travelling to Iraq through Bombay. 3. Refund of visa fees for Iraq paid by persons who proceeded to that country via Bombay.
