Request that Mr. J.L. Kipling Principal of the School of Art Lahore be allowed credit at the Lahore Treasury of Rs 2000 to be expended by him for puposes connected with the Imperial assemblage Requests further request that Mr. Kipling may be allowed to absent himself occassionally from his duties for short periods for the Purpose of Making arrangements in connection with the same Assemblage.
