Decision that the use of the title of ``Highness `` should, in future be restricted to Ruling Princes and Chiefs enjoying a salute of 11 guns and over and to their lawful wives and widows and to the present Yuvaraj of Mysore. The cases of the successores of those British Indian subjects, who are at present styled ``Highness`` as a personal distinction, will be considered on their merits.
