Decision that any officer of the Political Department, with less than 9 year civil service, while holding the appointment of H.B.M Consul-General, Kashgarh, should draw the usual charge allowance asmissible to such officers officiating in the Political Department post classed as superior subject to the limit of Rs.1.150/- p.m.
