Initiation of action under section 275 of the Govt. of India Act, 1935, by the Local Governments in respect of services and posts under their rule-making control. Continuance of the existing disqualification of women in respect of the services and posts recruitment to which will, after the introduction of the new Act, be made by the Secretary of State.
