Certain allegations in the ``Eastern Times``, Lahore, regarding the paucity of Muslims in the posts of Superintendent and Assistant Secretary in the Government of India Secretariat , and the consequent injustice to Muslims in the matter of promotion. Suggestion that a portion of the 25% reservation for Muslims, fixed under the orders relating to communal representation in the services, should be set apart for promotion.
