Decision that the provisions of the Army Department Resolution No.H.1599, dated the 21st October 1914, sanctioning the opening of the Patriotic and Indian Heroes Fund for the relief of the families of British and Indian Soldiers and followers who are killed or die on active service during the war with Germany and Austria Hungary shall also apply to the war with Turkey.
