Withdrawal of Rs. 524/8/- in December 1927 and of a similar amount october 1928 from the General Provident Fund by Mr. A. J. Courtney, an Assistant in the Foreign and Political Department, for payment of his first and second premiums to the Scottish Union and National Insurance company, Calcutta.
