Question whether under section 52 of the Administrator Generals Acts, 1913 (III of 1913), unclaimed funds which have been retained for the payment of particular claims but have not been paid to the claimants and which have remained in the hands of an Administrator General for a period of 12 years or more, together with the interest derived from the investment of these balances, are ``Assets`` within the meaning of that section.
