Resolution moved by the Hon`ble Mr. Rama Raya Venkataranga that a Joint commission of officials and non-officials be appointed to investigate the whole subject of Jail Administration in India and to suggest improvements in the light of the experience of the West. Proposed appointment of a Committee on toe lines suggested.
