Extension of the provisions of article 288 of the C.S.R., to all head warders of the Jail Department in the Bengal Presidency whose pay does not exceed Rs.25 a month. Inquiry from other Local Governments whether the grant of a similar concession to warders in their Jail Department can bed justified.
