Decision that the three grades of head warders and the three classes of warders in the Jail Department of the Madras Presidency shall be deemed to belong to distinct classes for the purposes of Articles 155 and 161 of the Civil Service Regulations in order to enable those to draw acting allowances when acting in higher grades or classes.
