Decision that the existing members of temporary and daily rated staff including running staff on daily rates to whom the rules in Annexure II to the Govt. of India Railway Department Resolution No 8373-E, dated 20th February 1930, are intended to apply should be given te option of remaining under the old leave rules and the option new excercised should be final.
