Forwards, with the opinion of this Government, copies of a draft Bill to amend the Dekkhan Agriculturists Relief Act, 1879, prepared by the special Judge appointed under that Act, together with the opinion of the Remembrancer of Legal Affairs thereon, as also copies of selected reports from the Subordinate Judges upon the working of the Act as it at present stands.
