Statement called for showing- (1) the number of appealable civil and criminal cases, (2) the number of cases in which sentence or judgment was confirmed, modified and revised in the several courts other than the High Court and Sessions Courts ; and (3) the quantity of business (Civil and Criminal) done in the High Court and Session Courts on original and appellate side in 1868-69.
