Deputation of the Hon`ble Mr. Justice Miller of the Madras High Court for 3 months for the inspection of mufassil Courts. Irregular procedure adopted by the Madras Government in deputing Miller, J., in anticipation of the Government of India`s sanction, and in appointing a temporary Judge in his place, instead of asking for the creation of an Additional Judgeship.
