Reservation HOR:- A Minister of State/Deputy Minister of the Central Government/ Deputy Speaker Lok Sabha/Deputy Chairman, Rajya Sabha and Govt. Deputy Chief Whips travelling in reserved railway accommodation on tour in the discharge of his duties is entitled to the one relative of his with him without payment of any fare subject to the authorised capacity of the accommodation.
