With reference to this Office No.1988, dated 19th June last, forwards, for submission to the Governor General in Council, copy of a letter from the Registrar of the High Court, N.W.P., together with a Tabular Statement, showing the details of the Establishment which the Court recommended for Judges in those Provinces.
