With reference to G. O. No. 3116, dated 31st ultimo, reports, for the information of Government, that, in accordance with the instructions therein contained, the Officiating Chief Commissioner exercised the powers of Judicial Commissioner on the 5th instant, and disposed of the case of Government versus Mindaee.
