Proposed amendment of the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act, 1909 (III of 1909), so as to confer upon the High Court in insolvency a jurisdiction to annul an adjudication made against an insolvent in a court subject to the superintendence of the High Court or to stay all proceedings thereunder. Amendment of sections 2, 18, 77 and 112 of the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act and Section 53 of the Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920.
