Steps taken by the Madras Govt. to give publicity to their decision that intimation of an intention to apply to the Judicial Committee of th Privy Council for special leave to appeal on behalf of a convict under sentence of death should be made to the Secy. to that Govt. in the Law Department, and the amendment of the Madras Jail Manual.
