Proposal that officers holding the three posts of Judge of the Hanthawaddy and Insein District Courts, Collector of Rangoon town, and Deputy Commissioner and District Magistrate Rangoon, should be eligible for house rent allowance under the said scheme even if they belong to the Provincial Service.
