Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Once the payment is successfully processed, cancellation is not applicable.

1. A minimum of 1 and a maximum of 30 records can be requested under a single DOD Request Number.

2. The National Archives of India will provide a quotation for each DOD Request. Charges are based on the number of physical pages and the page size in each record.

3. The user can either accept or decline the quotation for the specific DOD Request Number

4. Orders cannot be placed for selected records within the same DOD Request. If the user wants only specific records, they must cancel the initial DOD Request containing multiple records and generate a new DOD Request with the desired ones. A fresh quotation will be provided for the new DOD Request, which the user can accept before completing the payment transaction.

5. Once the user accepts the quotation and completes the payment transaction, no claim for order cancellation or refund will be entertained.

6. If the digitized record contains more pages than initially quoted in the DOD Quotation, a payment link will be sent to the user for the additional charges.

7. While every effort is made to provide an accurate quotation, variations may occur, which become apparent only after the digitization process is complete.

8. No claim for order cancellation or refund will be entertained at this stage.

9. If the digitized record contains fewer pages than initially quoted in the DOD Quotation, the user will receive a coupon code for the excess amount. This credit can be used for future orders under the same login ID.
